The fees include the issuance of a Report in English and may be subject to change. In general the Gübelin Gem Lab requires a minimum of 5 working days for testing (excluding shipping time).

For items sent to the Gubelin Gem Lab from outside Switzerland a valuable cargo specialist must be used. For temporary importation and forwarding to the Gubelin Gem Lab we suggest using one of the customs clearance agents below. Please note that we have established free shuttle services operating between major cities and Switzerland. For the time being such shuttles are installed between Hong Kong and Lucerne, New York and Lucerne, respectively (see Shuttle Services).
